friendly host helpful staff tasty breakfast missing curtain broken tv cold shower
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included plenty of choice with a full English option that was hot and tasty. The location is central for attractions. I plan to return next year.
My room lacked curtains, so light woke me up early each morning. The TV did not work in the room. The shower only had cold water.

Brass Band Bliss!
fantastic time cute hotel great breakfast equipped rooms
Our brass band enjoyed another fantastic stay! Annabella and Martyn were so cute and accommodating again. The hotel let us rehearse and store our gear and I had a great pint on arrival! The cooked breakfast was great fuel for our long contest day. We requested an evening buffet and it was devoured by the band. The rooms are well equipped. they have an ironing board!
The bathroom light was a little noisy.

Breakfast offered a good variety. The chef happily cooked what we wanted. I was impressed with the scrambled eggs I had. They were cooked beautifully and the evening buffet was excellent on request.

The hosts were friendly and approachable. I asked for an early check-in and my request was duly granted. Staff addressed any issue quickly. They changed the light immediately and could find something that wasn't available.

The hotel is near all amenities. It is a short five-minute walk to the town center. Coral Island is about six minutes away on foot and many main shops are close to the hotel, a good location for exploring.

The rooms are clean. Each room has tea and coffee facilities. I liked the comfort I felt in the beds and the bar had really good prices, everything was in great condition, a nice hotel.

The staff was friendly. They accommodated my early breakfast request. The breakfast itself was good (I especially liked the full English). It was the best I have ever had at a hotel.
The room was small. The bathroom was also small. The ventilation system made noise. The electrical outlet was defective. (They should check these things regularly).

The staff, Julie and Andre, were EXTREMELY helpful. They ensured a warm welcome and attended to every request. The breakfasts included options to customize your cooked breakfast and select your preferred egg style. I chose scrambled. Staying an extra night was easy, showing their flexibility and commitment to guest satisfaction.

dirty room moldy toast
i found the room quite dirty upon arrival. i saw dust on the kettle. bird poo was present on the inside of the blind, disgusting. the toast served one morning had mold on it. the staff replaced it, but it ruined breakfast for me.
